The service was wonderful, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Everyone was very professional and the decor/environment felt inviting. You can tell the employees really like their job. Dr. Patel was very nice and went above and beyond with my vision needs. The girl that helped me pick out my glasses was very honest and I’m very happy with my choices. I ended up purchasing multiple glasses and a set of contacts while I was there. This is my new go to place for eyeglasses, I was really impressed. My biggest feedback was that Dr. Patel cares for each and every patient like his family. He talks about anything and the conversation makes the exam and experience go by so quickly, you’d wish it would take longer so you can enjoy his company. He tells you exactly what you need to know and doesn’t force you to buy anything from him.

Dr. Patel has an amazing bedside (chair side) manner! He is super nice and shows that he really cares about your eye concerns and health. He made sure I knew all my options when it came to glasses and contacts. They followed all the COVID-19 precautions and made sure things were sanitized and ready for use. We appreciated, especially during the quarantine, which was difficult to do business, that they stayed in touch and got us our trial lens to test before we bought. They give great individual care! Dr. Patel is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He has the latest technology. For example, I no longer have to endure puffs of air to each eye because he has a new machine that will test your eye pressure in a different way. While looking for glasses, he told me the size I needed to look for that would suit my face the best. Dr. Patel is always so willing to help with any of your eye care needs. I am so lucky to have him as a doctor!

Dr. Patel was so patient, informative, professional, and friendly! He was very thorough with my eye exam and took his time to address any questions or concerns I had regarding my vision. I didn’t feel like another number number as I do with a lot of doctors. Most importantly, he wasn’t pushy with any merchandise I needed from his store. Fair prices and the interior design of his practice is a plus. I don’t regularly go to an optometrist but I will definitely be going back to him! I would highly recommend 10/10 for anyone who is looking for an optometrist in the area

Dr Patel was amazing. He took my Five year old daughter in after she was misdiagnosed from a care now facility. Thought to have pink eye she was given unnecessary medication from a carenow facility. After a detailed and very informative appointment with Dr. Patel, right away he knew the cause and treated her accordingly. The swelling in her eye was back to normal within a day. The staff was amazing and he was great with my little one. I highly recommend using Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel was personable and helpful in explaining everything in layman terms to fit me with my first pair of glasses. His staff was quick and knowledgeable and took all covid-19 safety precautions. I felt safe and well cared for, and would recommend to anyone.

What I like about Dr. Patel and his staff. They are very professional, polite, nice and always friendly. I love how they interact with others. Dr Patel was willing to stay open after their normal hours to see my son. I’m sure he isn’t able to do this often, but I sure did appreciate it. He was also very kind, professional, and easy to converse with. He provides a very personal experience. I highly recommend him and the staff at Personaleyes!
