Vision Care in Flower Mound, TX

At PersonalEyes Vision Care, our practice is committed to protecting your eye health with the most advanced technology available. We offer retinal screening with all of our annual eye exams. These screenings enable Dr. Patel to effectively diagnose, manage, treat and photo-document the way your eye looks today (healthy or unhealthy). The earlier conditions are diagnosed, the easier they are to handle. These screenings are recommended on a yearly basis. Dr. Patel loves going over the results with you upon every visit, comparing present day scans with any prior scans in order to catch even the slightest changes in your retina.

Vision-threatening eye diseases can occur without any symptoms in the early stages. Early detection via retinal screenings along with a strategic treatment plan may reduce your risk of potential vision loss. MOST IMPORTANTLY, certain diseases are hereditary. If members of your immediate family have these diseases, you are at a much higher risk than the rest of the population. This means that if caught early for you, communicating with your siblings and family member may protect their eyesight as well as yours.

Practicing 6 years in the DFW Area, Dr. Patel works closely with trusted local ophthalmologists if and when co-management of surgical procedures is needed, such as retinal detachment, cataract surgery and LASIK.
